You can book your 30-minute health check appointment at a range of venues across Norfolk. You will receive an email confirmation and calendar invite with information to help you prepare for your health check. You can also rearrange or cancel your appointment through the links in this email.

FAQs
I can’t find an appointment at my preferred venue
Due high demand we may be fully booked at some of our venues. We update our schedules and make new appointments available online on a regular basis.
Try switching between months or visiting our venue page to find an alternative venue nearby. You may also want to check again in a day or two to see if we have had any cancellations.
I haven’t received a booking confirmation
Please check your junk emails for your booking confirmation. If the confirmation isn’t in your junk folder, please contact our team on 08081750413 or email norfolkhealthcheck.programme@nhs.net
I need to cancel my appointment
Look for the ‘rearrange’ button or link in your confirmation email or calendar appointment. You can either cancel or rearrange your appointment through this link.
If you can’t make it please do cancel your appointment to enable somebody else to book the appointment instead.
